Cerrudo Services served as the prime contractor to provide all labor, materials and equipment to repair and rehabilitate eroded slope and concrete pad and curbs, and relocate utilities for the existing dock. Existing utilities were terminated and reconnected to the floating dock including potable water, sewer, telephone, compressed air, lighting and electrical shore power. Temporary electrical shoretie connection and gangway were provided for the cutter during construction.
The eroded revetment was brought to grade by excavation and fill, then a rip rap slope was installed. The existing concrete pad and curbs were demolished and new installed to conform to the new rip rap slope. Finally the gangway platform was extended to the dock from the parking area above the new rip rap.
