US General Services Administration
Cerrudo Services was awarded a construction IDIQ contract for repair and alteration services including design build for Zone 2 (Northern California) within the GSA’s Pacific Region in 2014. Work has included interior finish alterations and refresh for courtrooms and judges’ chambers in Sacramento and San Francisco.
Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory
Cerrudo was awarded a Master Task Agreement for Construction from Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory in 2012. Since that time, Cerrudo has been awarded subcontracts totaling over $5,000,000. Work has included vertical construction, civil, facility support and mechanical and electrical projects.
State of California
Cerrudo Services served as prime contractor on the ground up construction for a new fire fighting facility at a remote, previously undisturbed forest location for the California Department of General Services. This facility consists of slab-on-grade wood frame buildings including barracks quarters, office/administration facilities and an apparatus/shop building requiring a new utility infrastructure. The barracks includes living and day use quarters. The apparatus building has support facilities for a one-truck fire fighting unit and the office building is equipped with networking and communications capabilities to coordinate fire fighting activities.
Cerrudo Services was the general contractor for the California Department of General Services and the California Division of Forestry to design and construct a modular construction office building, a design / build steel-framed shop building and a 120-foot communication tower for CDF’s Southern Region Headquarters in Riverside, CA. The project was initiated so CDF could provide right-of-way for new freeway ramp system construction.
Cerrudo Services served as prime contractor for the demolition of existing toilets and ground up construction of two new wood frame restroom buildings, two new CMU block restroom buildings and one new wood framed restroom/shower combination building within Humboldt Redwoods State Park for the California Department of Parks and Recreation.
National Park Service
Cerrudo Services served as General Contractor for several National Park Service projects at the Golden Gate National Recreation Area in and around San Francisco. The scope of work under this contract included ADA upgrades and enhancements to park buildings and facilities, landscaping, site work, road grading and creek restoration.
USDA Forest Service
Cerrudo Services served as prime contractor for the renovation of an existing laboratory for the U.S. Forest Service at their fire research facility in Riverside, CA. The facility performs research on the redevelopment of damaged/destroyed forest areas affected by fire and other natural disasters.
Cerrudo Services served as prime contractor on the ground up construction of a wood frame barracks and office building for the California Department of Forestry. The building includes complete living quarters, kitchen and laundry facilities, ADA compliant restrooms with showers, sleeping quarters and recreation and dining areas.
Department of Homeland Security
Cerrudo Services is performing work on a cost plus comprehensive tactical infrastructure maintenance and repair (CTIMR) prime contract along the California / Mexico border as well as CTIMR work in Arizona. These two contracts combined total over $32 million.
US Coast Guard
Cerrudo Services has serviced a Coast Guard IDIQ Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) and RMACC for work throughout California and has completed over $30 million while completing over 100 delivery orders. Projects have included shoreline erosion repair, dock repair, new dock installation, de-fueling system repair, underground tank removal, asbestos abatement, emergency generator installation, security barrier systems, demolition and various real property improvements such as building renovations and maintenance and repair.
US Army Corps of Engineers
Cerrudo Services has teamed with the Corps in the past decade to restore and rehabilitate wetlands areas in Northern California. Current contracts with the Corps include a five-year IDIQ MATOC with the Galveston District for horizontal construction and one three-year IDIQ MATOC with the Sacramento District to provide general construction services in California.
